10 feet x 7 feet	$99.00 / per month (HST Included) This storage space holds larger furniture, such as a couch, dresser and/or mattress set, along with additional small items and boxes. This is also good storage space for bikes or motorcycles in the winter, or yard equipment (such as patio furniture, lawn mowers or snowblowers) in the off-season.
10 feet x 10 feet	$115.00 / per month (HST Included) This storage space is the size of a standard one-car garage. It holds the entire contents of a one-bedroom apartment.
10 feet x 16 feet	$135.00 / per month (HST Included) Equivalent to the size of an one-car garage: This storage space holds the items of a two-bedroom apartment or home, plus motorbike/exercise equipment.
10 feet x 20 feet	$159.00 / per month (HST Included) Larger than an one car garage and lots more. This storage space accommodates a three bedroom home or apartment and more. It also may be used to store a car, truck or boat, as well as some furniture and cartons.

All of our storage units are ground level allowing you to drive right to your unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Who supplies the padlock?
Barnet Boulevard Storage does not supply the storage unit lock. You are responsible for supplying your own lock. This ensures that you are in total control of who is able to access your unit.

Are deposits required?
Yes, we require a $40.00 Cleaning and Damage Deposit that is refunded to clients who leave the storage unit clean, clear and damage free.

What are my payment options?
We accept payment by by e-transfer, Credit Card, Cheque, or Cash.

We do not offer Debit as a payment option.

Are any units heated?
We offer heated and unheated units.

What about pests or rodents?
Barnet Boulevard Storage has never had a problem with pests or rodents. As long as you do not store food or liquids there should be no issues with pests or rodents.

What about insurance?
Barnet Boulevard Storage does not insure the contents of your unit and assumes no liability. Your home or apartment insurance may cover the contents of your storage unit. You may need to upgrade or change your policy to ensure your contents are properly insured, either by a separate rider or as an addition to an existing policy.
